If you’re a designer, academic, or developer you will no doubt be familiar the the effects of coffee. It seems to be the beverage of choice for any activity that requires deep thought and concentration. This video created by phdcomics.com describes the effect of coffee on your brain. The caffeine in coffee blocks the action of an inhibitory neurotransmitter called adenosine.
