Jason Greenberry, a blacksmith based in Ashmanhaugh near Wroxham, needed a website to promote his business. The majority of his business is around the Norfolk area, but he does travel further for some specialist work. The website needed to promote his main services, provide a portfolio for his work, and have a contact form for people to leave him messages. He requested a site that he could update himself, so he could add new items to the portfolio and new pages as required. The client doesn’t use social media and wasn’t interested in a blog.
The client supplied some great photography so making the website look good was a breeze. For the website design we chose a black and orange theme that suggested the colours of the forge, and complimented the photos. We built the website with WordPress as it has a user friendly control panel, easy for the client to add new pages to his portfolio. The site has a fully responsive theme so it looks just as good on a mobile as it does on desktop machine.
