The Brief

Connect CC, a leading North Walsham call centre business, asked us to build them a modern looking website to showcase their range of services. We built the website using WordPress, a powerful content management system, and developed a custom menu to highlight their services and make it easy for visitors to navigate the site.

Bespoke Web Design

We took a user-centred design approach, with a focus on creating a seamless user experience for visitors. We used a clean and modern bespoke web design style, with a colour palette that aligned with Connect CC's branding. The website was designed to be responsive, allowing it to adapt to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience across all platforms.

The website included a range of features, including a custom menu that highlighted their services, a contact form for visitors to get in touch, a blog to showcase their expertise in the call centre industry, video backgrounds, and a form to allow prospective employees to upload their CVs. We also integrated social media links to help Connect CC engage with their audience on multiple platforms.
