A new name. A long track record.
Andrew Bolton set up C & A Quality Services in April 2026. The name was new, but the experience was not: most of a career in aerospace, several years running an earlier consultancy, and around 400 clients across 35 countries. The brief: a website that makes that record clear to someone who has never heard the name.

The challenge
Established work. An unfamiliar name.
A quality manager in another country who finds C & A Quality Services for the first time has no reason yet to trust the name. The site had to show, within the first visit, that the people behind it have done this work for years.
It also had to look ready for what the industry is about to go through. ISO 9001 is being revised for 2026, and the aerospace standard AS9100 is becoming IA9100 alongside it. A consultancy that guides clients through that change needs to be visibly ahead of it.
Underneath both sat a practical requirement. A consultancy runs on email: quotes, audit reports, and replies to enquiries all have to reach the inbox, not the spam folder, from the first day.
A new company that had to look as experienced as the people running it.
The approach
Built for a technical audience, in any country.

One studio, start to finish.
Design, build, and hosting were done in the same studio, so Andrew had one point of contact from the first sketch to launch.

A design made for this site alone.
Built in WordPress with a custom Divi child theme, written for this site rather than adapted from a stock template, so the look belongs to C & A Quality Services and nobody else. WordPress also lets Andrew’s side keep the content current without coming back to us for each change.

Structured around the work.
Clear service pages, room to explain the 2026 transition, and a simple route for a prospect anywhere in the world to get in touch. The design stays calm and uncluttered, which suits readers who want substance.

Email that arrives.
We wrote custom code to connect the site to the client’s own email server, so everything the site sends goes out through an authenticated route and reaches the inbox.

Fast in 35 countries.
The site runs on LiteSpeed, tuned beyond its default settings so pages load quickly for visitors wherever they are and whatever their connection.
The project in view
The outcome
Launched with the record already showing.
C & A Quality Services launched in April 2026 with a site that presents the consultancy at the level of its work, to prospects across an international client base.
The 2026 standards changes have a place on the site from the start, and email sent from the site reaches the inbox.
The site is hosted and looked after by us, so updates, backups, and security are not Andrew’s job, and any change goes to the person who built it.

- Core and plugin updates handled. The first year of hosting included with the build.
