The challenge
An unfamiliar treatment. A first-time patient.
Many people arriving at the site have never had acupuncture or herbal medicine, and want to know what it involves before they book.
Everything John offers had to fit on one page, in an order that answers those questions before asking for a booking.
Explain the practice, answer the first-timer’s questions, then make booking the obvious next step.
The approach
One page, in the order a patient thinks.
- 01
A single, ordered page.
The page runs from an introduction to John’s approach, through each treatment, to contact and booking at the bottom.
- 02
Answers for newcomers.
Sections explain what traditional Chinese medicine offers and what a patient can expect, so the first appointment holds fewer surprises.
- 03
Navigation that stays with you.
A fixed menu lets visitors jump to any section at any point.
- 04
Built for phones first.
The page was designed for small screens first, then scaled up for larger ones.

The outcome
Explained first. Booked next.
A first-time patient gets the whole picture on one page, and the page ends where they are ready to act: with how to book.
Tools and delivery
Small, and looked after.
