Project overview

A new market. A site ready for it.

RGA Property Solutions was preparing to enter the Manchester property market. The brief: a website that works for property owners, investors, and people looking to buy or let, with a logo to give the company its own identity.

The challenge

Several audiences, one set of listings.

Owners, investors, buyers, and tenants all come to a property company with different questions, but most of them start with the properties.

As a company new to the market, RGA also needed a way to show what it knows, and an identity people would recognise.

Detailed listings for everyone, and a way to show the company knows the market.

The approach

Listings first, then the insight.

  1. 01

    A property listing system.

The centre of the site, built to give detailed information about each property.

  2. 02

    A blog for market updates.

A blog where RGA can share insight and news on the property market.

  3. 03

    A minimal design.

A clean, minimal layout so visitors can find what they are looking for.

  4. 04

    A logo of its own.

We designed a simple, distinctive logo for the company.

The outcome

Introduced to the market.

RGA entered the Manchester market with a site that lists its properties in detail, shares its market knowledge, and makes getting in touch simple.
