Funbound, run by Justine, offers dog walking, training, and boarding. The brief: a site that feels warm and personal, but shows a dog owner straight away that their dog will be in safe, qualified hands.

The challenge
A personal service. A careful customer.
Handing over a dog is a decision based on trust. Owners want to know who will be looking after their dog, and whether that person is insured, checked, and licensed.
The site also had to explain several different services, from group walks to one-to-one training, each with its own details and prices.
Warm enough to feel personal, and clear enough about credentials to feel safe.

Insurance, DBS checks, and licensing are shown prominently, because they are what a careful owner checks first.

An introduction to Justine.
An about section introduces Justine, so owners know who will be with their dog.

A free first meeting.
A clear call to book a free Meet & Greet, with a simple contact form, gives an owner a low-risk first step.
