Delayed Refunds is a business that has grown from a social media channel, dedicated to helping people receive the compensation they are die when their flight or train is delayed. Due to the amount of interest they have had they decided they needed a website that would help to explain what travellers are entitled to and how they can make a claim.
We designed and built them a bespoke WordPress website that integrates with their social media accounts, has a fully featured blog, has a contact form, and an integrated form for making claims for delayed flights.
